A Supernatural Visitation
|
|
At the time, I was working
in raising chickens on a large farm. As I had been
praying about quitting this job to dedicate myself
more to the ministering of the Word, as the Holy
Spirit was pressing me to do, but I did not know
when the right time would be for me to do this. One
early evening as I was finishing out the day, I was
giving a final check on the chickens and checking
the lights, when all of a sudden I turned, and there
stood someone that looked exactly like myself and he
asked, “Do you know me?” I don’t know why I answered
the way I did, but I said, “Yes, I’ve looked for you
all my life.” (I had always felt like there was
someone following me.) I walked up to this “form”,
and we embraced one another and he said these words,
“This shall be your last bunch of chickens."
Then he was gone. Later, I remembered the
words of God's Prophet for that period of the coming
of Christ; for he had made the statement, "That when
we come into contact with the Word of the hour, we
meet our Theophany, or Spiritual body." He was
making reference to the scripture found in 2nd
Corinthians 5:1 where Paul said, "If our earthly
house of this tabernacle (meaning our present body)
were dissolved, we have (already have) a building of
God (our Spiritual body in waiting) a house not made
with hands, eternal in the heavens."
So after this, I stopped raising
chickens and started the church in Dawsonville,
Georgia (USA), as I was instructed by the Lord. We
started the work and I asked Brother Raymond Jackson
to come for a meeting, in which he did. This was
shortly after I had fasted for 40 days and nights. I
did not know what to name the work here in Georgia,
but since the work in North Carolina was called, “The
Tabernacle of God”, that is the name we also used
here. Brother Jackson came on two occasions and
ministered for us. By this time Brother Claude Loggins
and his family had began attending church here at
Dawsonville. At which time, Brother Loggins had a
dream about the work here at Dawsonville, Georgia.
He saw in the dream the thing that we were “getting
out of here on comes from this pulpit.” He said it
was the Word of God being preached here.
