In March of 2006, I preached in three day
meetings in Midway, and Glen Fork,
West Virginia.
On the last day of the meetings which was in
Glen Fork, I preached a message entitled, “The Voice of
Authorization.”
Before I tell you about these meetings, I
want to show how God was already leading me to bring us up to the message on the “The
Voice of Authorization.”
This will
give us a background and show the importance of this happening that led up to this testimony, months
before these meetings.
It was in the months of July and August of 2005 that
I had preached a series of messages on the Seven
Church Ages, bringing some of the
historical facts out concerning the church ages.
Upon finishing the last age, in fact the very
night after I finished preaching this series of
messages, I had a dream that I was in something like
an old lighthouse. Many
people were coming from far and near to visit that
lighthouse.
They were coming because at one time the light had
been there, but the lighthouse was now being used
only as a memorial to something that
once was.
Like many others, I also was coming to this
lighthouse, and I was thinking to myself as I was
going out, “This will be my last time
coming here.”
In the dream, the people were just coming to
what has been rather than what is, see.
It’s good to know the things that God has
done but He is a now God, and He’s able to do
exceedingly and abundantly above anything that we
could ask or think.
We thank God
that He is moving in a special way.
So in this dream I said, “I won’t be coming
back here anymore.”
I will never take another series and go into the
deeper historical things of the seven church ages since we’ve come through them and they’re over,
they’re history, and I’m glad we know
about them.
But to have long history lessons proving who
the messengers were and who the angels were and all
these things, the Lord has
said, “Don’t spend so much time dealing with those mutate details
of what happened back there anymore.
That part is accomplished, that
part is finished and that part is over with," so
now we go on to greater things as we are now the
Wife of Christ.
In Revelation, Chapter Ten, Verses 1-7, it says,
“And I saw
another Mighty Angel come down from heaven, clothed
with a cloud: that means it
takes a revelation to see Him. He is shrouded (or
clothed) in a cloud…
and a rainbow was upon His head, (Angel of the Covenant)
and His face was as it
were the sun, and His feet as pillars of fire:
(note: “feet as pillars of fire” this Verse shows
His presence in the earth) and those
signs are identifying markers to show that it’s the
Lord Jesus Christ in an angelical form.
When He comes in an angelical form, you don’t
see Him
with your natural eye.
Angelical means, He comes in the form of an
angel (a Spiritual coming), and He brings the
Spiritual Word back to His
people.
“And He had in
His hand a little book open: and He set His right
foot upon the sea, and His left foot on the earth…,”
now this was 96
AD when
John was seeing this on the isle that is called
Patmos, as he saw the whole Book of Revelation take
place.
Now the Mighty Angel had
in His hand a little book opened - He came to that
early church in the power of the resurrected Savior.
He came to that early church in all His
glory and the sick were healed, the dead were
raised, and many mighty miracles took place at that
time before the church fell from its glory.
“And
cried with a
loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when He had
cried, seven thunders uttered their voices."
We have heard the
sounding of these voices as they sounded their
voices first through the seven church age messengers
in their particular time period, including the
sounding of the 7th angel here at the end
of the seven church ages.
His sounding reveals all the other voices,
thus finishing the mystery of
God. Now
they have been revealed in our day, and we know who
they were, and what they said through the seventh
and last church age
messenger.
We receive the benefit of it as we understand
the message their voices sounded, and we now have
complete clarity at the opening of
the seven seals.
And when the seven thunders had uttered their
voices, I was about to write: now watch, here’s
an authorizing Voice as God speaks unto
John in 96 AD and tells him to seal up what he
heard.
This revelational Voice that speaks to John at that
time is the Voice of the Eternal
Spirit as He speaks through the man Christ Jesus,
who still sits on the Father’s throne. So the
Almighty God speaks with an authorizing,
authoritative Voice and tells John to seal up what
the thunders said…
and I heard a
voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those
things which the
seven thunders uttered, and write them not.”
I want you to notice, in 96 AD God said,
“Seal them up.”
As soon as the
thunders
uttered their voices He said, “Seal up that which
the thunders uttered.”
It was to be sealed up until the end time,
and then God was going to
open it up and make it known to an end time people
because He is going to be real to a people in this
end time just like He was to the early
church.
“And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and
upon the earth lifted up His hand to heaven,
and sware by Him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the
earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea,
and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer…, Now to
understand Verse six, here’s an important key.
There are two kingdoms spoken of in
the Word of God.
One is the kingdom of God,
and the other is the kingdom of heaven.
The
kingdom
of God
comes not with
observation, it’s
within you, it’s pure, and it’s undefiled. Then
there’s the kingdom of heaven which is
a time period that relates to the seven church ages, and
within the kingdom of heaven wheat and tares grew
together (Matthew, Chapter 13) because it’s a
natural kingdom, it’s a religious sphere of
Christianity.
This kingdom of heaven age comes to an end
for the Wife of Christ, and that’s what Verse 6 is
showing us.
This Angel stood and sware…, now I want you to
watch, He sware by one greater than Himself.
When God made a covenant with Abraham, He
swore by Himself, because He could sware by no
greater.
But here’s an Angel, which is Christ in Spirit form
as He comes to earth and He
raises His hand to heaven and sware by God the
Eternal Spirit that had spoken to John to seal up
the book.
He sware that this time period is no
more, and then He points back to what has happened
in our day.
Verse 7 says,
But in the days of the VOICE
(one voice that revealed the
other six)
of the
seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the
mystery of God should be finished, as he hath
declared to his servants the prophets.”
That’s the
re-sounding or revealing of what the spiritual
angels said through the seven earthly church age
messengers (stars) in their
particular age.
All those seven spiritual angels are seen
here and John heard them.
Now watch, when this seventh spiritual angel
sounds he
sounds right through William Branham, the 7th
earthly star messenger, and when he sounds, the
mystery, and I want you to notice that
word - the word is singular
“mystery;”
it’s not all the mysteries of the Bible. It’s this
certain mystery spoken of in Revelation, Chapter
One,
Verse 20 that deals with seven candlesticks, seven
church ages, and seven stars.
It was revealed to John that this time period
would come to an
end (that’s the church ages), and to the Wife of
Christ all the mysteries that relates to this time
period has been cleared up by the 7th
angel’s message. Now we have to move on to the
message that does not pertain to the kingdom of
heaven time period, but deals with the
kingdom
of God.
Revelation, Chapter Ten, Verses 8-11, shows a new
beginning.
"And the voice which I heard from heaven,"
now notice, this
Voice is speaking from heaven to the Wife of Christ
on earth, “the
voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me
again,” this is the
second time this authorizing Voice speaks.
The first time God speaks to John, He showed
him the church ages and told him to seal it up and
He
also told John when (or how) He would open the book
again.
When this “mystery” is finished, and the kingdom of
heaven has run its
course…, then the Voice from heaven speaks a second
time, and that book which is open is seen and its mystery is now given to us as
also the
mystery of the seals was given to us.
Now we’ve been authorized to go to the Mighty
Angel and get the book.
Now here’s the important
thing.., God channels that authorizing Voice through
a channel to the Wife of Christ.
The Voice of God to the Wife comes through
that ministry
that He set in for that purpose, and it's the
ministry of, “Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists,
Pastors and Teachers.” As they speak the Word for
this hour, you begin to hear the Voice of Christ
speaking within you.
You will begin to feel that it is time to
receive more than the church ages
could offer, and that is the little book that was
unavailable until now.
Now I want to say this concerning the little book, I
want to drop this note in before going on.
If the Mighty Angel is a
spiritual Angel, He’s not bringing a literal book, but it is spiritual Word.
This Bible – the written Word is the Tree
of knowledge of good and evil, but the Tree of
Life grows right out of it, because the Bible says,
“The letter killeth, but it’s the Spirit that maketh
alive.”
He doesn’t bring back this whole
Bible, because we’ve had it all the time.
He just brings back the part of it that's
called the little book – the Spirit of this Word,
and Christ
authorizes His Wife to make it live here at the end
time.
Now watch, “Go take the little book which is open,”
that’s the part of the spiritual
Word that’s for the Wife of Christ, and it’s open to
us right now.
The Apostle Paul said, “It Christ in you, the
hope of glory!” He said, “You are
members of the Body of Christ.”
The point being, when we see the Bride we
see Christ.
We have witnessed a marriage taking place,
the
marriage of Christ to His Bride, now wholly His
Wife. We
are eating the little book as the Wife of the Lamb
in obedience to the Voice that
spoke from heaven saying,
“Go and take the little book and eat it up.”
Now we are very much aware there are those who say
the seventh seal is not open and the seven thunders
haven’t uttered. Well,
talk like
that would kill every speck of faith you could
muster up to try to go get the little book if
listening to it.
Because in the first place, you would
think the book isn’t here, and in the second place,
you think the thunders haven’t sounded.
But the Wife
of Christ has heard them sound once
again as the 7th messenger spoke them in
his time as God used him to reveal the seals.
If you want to get technical about it, they
sounded in 96
AD and were sealed then.
The only thing that God did in this day was
send those same seven spiritual angels (Spirits)
that were there at the
beginning of the church ages (Revelation, Chapter
One) to reveal them to the seventh church age
messenger. One of the main things the
seals did was to point us back to the historical
facts as to how the church has come, so we’d know
where we’re standing in this hour.
Now we
know these things are behind us, and we see more
clearly than ever.
That's the reason for my dream, and I said,
“I won’t be coming back here
anymore?”
“And I went unto the angel, (which is Christ)
and said unto Him, Give me the little book.”
Now watch
the two way conversation - our
communication with the Lord, just like it was in
Bible days; saying unto the Mighty Angel, unto
Christ, the anointed,
“Give me the little
book."
And He said unto me, "Take it, and eat it up; and it
shall make
thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth
sweet as honey.”
Watch the two
way conversation!
Because we are bone of His bone and flesh of
His flesh, the husband and wife talk to each other.
John said, “Give me the
little book…,” and Christ said, “Take it and eat it
up.” We
speak back and forth, and that’s what we are doing
now.
He’s speaking as He set
the five fold ministry in His Body.., we are
Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and
Teachers.
This ministry is what He is using to
speak through to His Wife as He quickens this Word
to your Spirit.
So I’m telling you “Go take the little book,
ask Him for it.”
And He says,
“Take it.”
He has authorized me to say this…, “Take it,
eat it up, it’ll make your belly bitter, but it sure
will taste good in your mouth.”Hallelujah, The Apostle Paul said, "They glorified
Christ in me." Remember here that you also are the
same as the ministry in this respect.
“Ye are
the Body of Christ; you’re members of the Body of
Christ.”
Paul said, “By one Spirit we’re baptized into one
Body and you’re a member of
Christ.” If you’re looking at it right with a
Spiritual mind, we can glorify Christ in one
another, because we are all a part of Christ as we
eat the
little book – “that's the very life of Christ.”
The book’s open, and there’s nothing withheld
from us.
And I went unto the angel, (which is Christ) and said unto
Him, Give me the little book.”
Now watch the two way
conversation - our communication with the Lord, just
like it was in Bible
days; saying unto the Mighty Angel, unto Christ, the
anointed, “Give me the little book.
And He said unto me, Take it, and eat it up;
and it
shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy
mouth sweet as honey.”
The little book (the spoken
Word, the Life of Christ) was open and
available to the early church.
But it got sealed up in 96 A.D.
The authorizing Voice authorized John to seal
it up and said, “Let the wheat and
tares grow together,” as Jesus said in Matthew,
Chapter Thirteen. But then in the last days God
authorized a man, Brother William Branham, who
was likened unto an Old Testament type prophet.
He preached a message that separated the
wheat from the tares, as he preached the
seven seals that the Lamb broke in heaven and sent
them down to His prophet by the seven spiritual
angels (thunders) of the Book of
Revelation, Chapter Ten, Verses 3-4.
And now here comes Christ and the book is
open again, it puts us right in the middle of what
God is
doing—Christ among us the Hope of Glory, and eating
the little book with a prophetic message.
Now we have a five-fold ministry and all the
other members of the Body of Christ with one mind,
married together making the Wife of Christ all
speaking with one mouth.
(Romans,
Chapter Fifteen, Verse 6)
Yes, He has authorized a Voice for us here at
the end time.
How does this Voice come that authorize you to
go get the
little book?
How did this Voice come?
Ephesians, Chapter Four, Verse 11 tells us,
and this Voice authorizes you to go get the little
book. You
are now authorized to eat the little book.
You are authorized to become all that the
early church was and more.
You’re authorized to
defeat the devil at every turn.
You’re authorized to claim the righteousness
of Jesus Christ.
He became sin for you that you could become
His righteousness and you are authorized to claim it, take it, and
apply it to yourself.
As you do, that clothes you in Fine Linen
because now you
are the Wife of Christ.
Revelation, Chapter Ten, Verse 11,
"And He said
unto me, "Thou must prophesy again before many
peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings."
It' is deep revelational prophetic
preaching that can't be heard and understood by the
natural, carnal mind.
It has to be given to you
from heaven.
The five fold ministry's preaching is called
prophesying in this Verse.
The very word "prophesy" takes you into a
spiritual realm
that the carnal doesn't hear.
That book is open to us now, and God has once
again authorized it.
May we not be dismayed at the simplicity
of
it because it's so simple that we could stumble
over it and say, "I thought it would do this; I
thought it would do that?"
God has come
among us and authorized something by a great
authorizing Voice from heaven.
My prayer is that each one will realize,
"I've heard the
authorizing Voice of the Almighty saying, "Go take
the little book." Amen.
