Jesus Christ introduced us to speaking the Word by inspiration. And it's not necessarily quoting scripture. It has to be the life in us doing the speaking. And concerning Melchizedek, Paul said, speaking to the saints in his day, "I have more to say about this man, but you are not quite ready for it." But now, we speak by inspiration, because Christ has come in His fullness and made us ready.
